Hosted by the 70 members with the local chefs’ organization, the Culinary Guild of Windsor, the event May 31 to June 4 at Caesars Windsor is expected to attract about 200 of the country’s chefs and cooks. They include staff and managers working in resorts, restaurants, hotels, large institutions as well as instructors from colleges and culinary schools.
