Looking for a house for next year? Only ONE bedroom left in a six bedroom house for May 1st 2010! This is a female-occupied house, only 10-15 minute walk from University of Windsor, and very clean. Rent is only $350/mo. including ALL utilities (wireless internet, cable TV, unlimited long distance telephone, hydro, lawn maintenance, snow removal). Just a few minutes walk to bus stop. Huge driveway and garage, space for several cars. Air conditioning. Laundry room. Three bedrooms upstairs and three downstairs, with one bathroom on each floor. Fully furnished and the kitchen is stocked with everything we need. Quiet neighborhood, close to corner store, restaurants, and grocery. BBQ and huge back yard. Sorry, no pets or smoking inside of the house. Female roommates only please! There is even some furniture available for your use if wanted (queen sized mattress, dresser, etc.).
