Please remember to fill out the ITN form if you do not have a SIN number and bring your tuition and rent receipts including your landlord's name and address, as well as any T4 slips if you have them. Also please bring a USB (Memory Stick) so that you can save your return and print it after to mail it in and direct deposit information for a Canadian bank so that any refund can be deposited right away. **** DONT FORGET TO BRING your Bank account number for direct deposit. Just a reminder of what you need to bring with you: 1. T2202A - Tuition document you can get from SIS 2. Rent receipts 3. SIN or T1261 form 4. Direct deposit information (bank, transit, and account number) 5. USB to save your return so you can print it out later * for those who already came to tax clinics: Just a reminder that you should send your receipts with your tax documents. If you are a first time filer you should also send your T1261 (ITN) form with your tax return if you do not have a SIN. Finally, for those who have already mailed away their T1261 form, you should wait for that to come back before you mail your taxes and put that document in as well.
