Comes with Genuine Windows XP Service Pack 3 installed on it and it runs great. Also comes with Genuine Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 2 Installation disc, Microsoft Works 8.5 (unopened), Dell Media Direct software, device driver disc, web cam software disc, power adapter, Targus laptop security cable (brand-new), instruction manual etc. The laptop has no scratches and looks almost new.
