Community Volunteer Income Tax Program         By: Danny Raval       Thu, Feb 26

Community Volunteer Income Tax clinics will be held initially during the first two weeks of March at the International Student Centre in the lower floor of Cody Hall. In order to participate, you must make an appointment by visiting the International Student Centre and signing up.
Sign up sheets will be available day before each clinic at the International Student Centre (Front Desk).
The following is the schedule we are keeping for the CVITP Clinics
March 3 Tuesday 8:30AM-2:00PM
March 4 Wednesday 1:00PM-4:30PM
March 6 Friday 8:30 AM- 4:30 PM
March 7 Saturday 10:00AM- 2:00 PM
March10Tuesday 8:30AM-2:00 PM
March 11 Wednesday 1:00 PM-4:30 PM
March 13 Friday 8:30AM-4:30PM


Please remember to bring your USB flash drive which is necessary to file the income tax and to get your copy for the future references.

  Here is what you must bring: - Your T4 (if you work any time during 2008) - Rent receipts (if you lived on Residence print them form your SIS) -The form T 2202 - A: This is available from your SIS, under "Fees and Financial Information - Income Tax" - Your Social Insurance Number (if you don't have one bring your passport and I'll certify a copy of it.) - If you had buss passes during 2008, bring them. - Any other forms you have received (T5 from the bank or T4A from your scholarships, etc)
