The phone is sim free from the factory (It is not a locked phone that is unlocked, it is an unlocked version) and you can use it with Rogers, Fido or any other GSM provider world wide (I tested my self, so don't worry). Beside the standard phone package you will get a Belt Pouch with HTC brand on it (28$ worth), 4Gig MicroSD card and lots of softwares which worth more than 100$. Also you will get GARMIN Mobile GPS software with the latest 2009 North America Map which worth 100$ it self. I must mention that I got the phone from outside Canada. Price is 600$ for all of this. You can check TELUS website and see the price of the phone with no contract is around 649$ and with tax it will be around 700$ and the phone is LOCKED!!! and you will need to unlock it.
